Skills and experience

  • Educational background in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of Financial Analysis experience for a data intensive firm
  • Advanced Excel modeling and analysis experience
  • Excellent ability to communicate complex data/numbers oriented results to non-technical audiences
  • Strong results-orientation combined with excellent business judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • SQL skills and ability to efficiently extract data from massive, highly complex, multi-dimensional datasets
  • Strong communicator both in Ukrainian/Russian and English

Nice to have

  • Experience with web analytics, including a good understanding of tools and processes to collect and report on all aspects of web analytics (e.g. Omniture, Google Analytics)
  • Basic understanding of US accounting logic (P&L, Balance sheet, revenue recognition)
  • Experience with payment processing
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting
