We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer in our team.
Role Description:
- Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs, and customizes information technology (IT) solutions for own business or external clients;
- Applies best practices and advanced methodologies, including Scrum techniques, to address and review system requirements, business processes, changing development and technology environments;
- Responsibilities are within the IT Development Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, including extensions, plugins, workflows, and integrations;
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices and ensuring adherence to coding standards;
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs;
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs, including entity creation, form design, and process automation;
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware;
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions;
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, code documentation, and user guides;
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest features and updates in the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies, and recommend improvements and innovations.
