We seek an experienced Senior AI Engineer to implement and prepare for the deployment of AI models for clearly defined use cases. This role focuses on optimizing existing AI systems and delivering already defined new AI-driven solutions to meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization;
- Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML applications;
- Strong proficiency with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar);
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure (preferable), AWS, or Google Cloud) for understanding of deployment techniques of AI solutions;
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning;
- Proven track record of delivering AI-based solutions for defined business problems;
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills;
- Experience with NLP and LLM;
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
- AI Model Development, Optimization, Validation and Maintenance
- Implement, enhance, and optimize AI/ML models to improve performance, accuracy, and scalability for defined use cases;
- Conduct rigorous model testing, validation, and performance tuning to ensure robustness, reliability, and fairness;
- Perform data preparation, preprocessing, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning to maximize model effectiveness;
- Evaluate and optimize AI solutions to meet key performance indicators, including accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency;
- Maintenance of AI models in production environments;
- Experience with AI governance and ethical AI practices, ensuring models are built with fairness, transparency, and privacy in mind.
- AI Solution Deployment and Collaboration
- Collaborate with R&D engineers, software developers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver the expected AI-based solutions;
- Integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring smooth operation and scalability;
- Design APIs and interfaces for AI systems and implement logging and monitoring to track performance post-deployment;
- Regularly meet with Engineering and Product Management to project and define future AI requirements;
- Share knowledge, participate in design reviews, and create comprehensive documentation for AI models and workflows;
- Mentor junior team members and drive the technical direction of GAI projects.
