Project overview:
The Mobile Employee Engagement Platform Product is a communication platform for businesses and their non-desk workforce. Non-desk employees, people who work with their hands, tools, machines, patients, and customers, have unique working environments and limited opportunities to communicate. Using desk-based platform tools to reach them can result in missed messages, delayed responses, and overall productivity loss.

Python, Django, React, Swift, Kotlin
Team:
- Mobile Developer (Android+iOS) – on our side;
- iOS Developer, CTO, PO – on the customer’s side.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience;
- Experience with iOS Development (Swift) – Senior level expertise.
- Experience with Android Development (Kotlin) – at least Middle+ level proficiency;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas, collaborate effectively, and provide constructive feedback;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
