About project:
A gamified medical app for children affected by the war in Ukraine. Using the app will become part of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which will help restore and improve children’s mental health. Art style: casual, cartoony, stylized.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of data structures;
- Ability to translate complex business flows into intuitive UX solutions;
- Strong skills in preparing both technical and business documentation;
- Experienced in gathering, analyzing, prioritizing, and validating requirements using methods such as user story mapping, INVEST, PIE, Must/Should/Could/Won’t, workshops, process modeling, and prototyping;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with both technical teams and business users to confirm requirements;
- Skilled in evaluating and ordering requirements, tasks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives;
- Proficient in designing user flows, swimlane diagrams, and various visual process representations; familiar with prototyping and diagramming tools like Visily, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Visio, and draw.io;
- Familiar with systematic change management practices for assessing, documenting, and communicating changes in requirements;
- Capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attentive listening;
- Participation in Agile development processes including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos;
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level.
Nice to have:
- Market analysis, niche research, and business logic understanding to help formulate strategic plans;
- Experience working on medical projects;
- Background in startup environments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from all relevant parties;
- Develop use cases and user stories for the development team;
- Facilitate coordination between clients, developers, QA teams, Project manager, Delivery manager;
- Design and execute surveys and conduct user interviews to gather clear and detailed user needs;
- Develop and update functional documentation including user stories, diagrams, flowcharts, and summary tables;
- Produce visual aids supporting user stories, such as wireframes, flowcharts, and data flow diagrams;
- Keep baseline documentation current by incorporating requirement updates;
- Regularly lead backlog grooming and prioritization sessions with clients.
