We are looking for an Embedded Systems Technical Lead to join our team.
Mission:
Own end-to-end technical delivery across FPGA, embedded firmware, sensor/ISP bring-up, and system integration for a complex embedded vision device. This is the person who turns incomplete requirements into an executable technical plan and keeps cross-functional work aligned.
Must-have background:
- 8+ years in embedded systems development;
- Strong cross-domain experience spanning firmware, hardware bring-up, and FPGA-aware system design;
- Experience with sensor-based or camera-based products;
- Experience defining interfaces, startup sequencing, and integration plans across multiple subsystems;
- Able to read schematics, review timing/interface assumptions, and guide lab debug;
- Comfortable writing acceptance criteria and making practical technical tradeoffs.
Strongly preferred:
- AR/VR, robotics, imaging, defense, industrial vision, or perception products;
- Experience with synchronized multi-sensor systems;
- Experience leading programs with incomplete requirements or partially built legacy platforms;
- Exposure to ISP / camera pipeline concepts;
- Prior customer-facing or vendor-facing technical leadership.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Windows host tools for embedded device control;
- Exposure to regulated, defense-adjacent, or cybersecurity-sensitive products;
- Experience with storage, bootloader, or manufacturing test integration.
