We are looking for an AWS Cloud/DevOps Engineer to join our team.
About the project:
The Mobile Employee Engagement Platform is a modern communication solution designed for businesses with large non-desk workforces.
It enables companies to effectively reach frontline employees—people working with tools, machines, patients, and customers—in environments where traditional desk-based communication tools are not effective.
The platform ensures fast and reliable communication, reducing missed messages, delays, and productivity loss while improving overall operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of commercial experience as an AWS Cloud / DevOps Engineer;
- Commercial experience managing production AWS infrastructure;
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, scalability, monitoring, and cloud security principles;
- Commercial experience hosting and supporting AI/ML models in production environments;
- Ability to take ownership of AWS infrastructure and cloud-related operations.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure or LLM-based systems;
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, or similar AI cloud services;
- Experience with model training infrastructure or ML pipeline support;
- Experience with AWS cost optimization;
- Experience working in product-driven engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of AWS cloud infrastructure;
- Design, maintain, and optimize cloud architecture;
- Build and support Infrastructure as Code using Terraform;
- Manage and operate AWS services including EC2, RDS, ECS, and related components;
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of systems;
- Support and maintain infrastructure for AI/ML-driven product features;
- Collaborate with engineering teams on cloud and AI-related initiatives;
- Support deployment and hosting of AI/ML models in AWS environments.
