We are looking for a Senior Integration Programme Manager to lead a complex, multi-workstream technology transformation programme spanning enterprise integration, cloud migration, finance modernisation, data transformation and platform rationalisation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Project / Programme Management experience;
- 5+ years leading complex technology transformation programmes;
- Proven experience managing Project Managers and complex multi-vendor environments;
- Strong experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration initiatives;
- Experience leading programme governance, executive reporting and strategic decision-making;
- Strong financial, risk, issue, change and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience in cloud-native application modernisation and integration, including microservices and cloud-native integration architectures;
- Experience managing large-scale technology transformations with multiple interdependent platforms and workstreams;
- Experience with AWS, MuleSoft, cloud migration, finance/ERP integration or data transformation is highly desirable;
- Experience with platform retirement, cloud migration and technical debt remediation is an advantage;
- Experience working with established project management standards, ideally PMBOK-aligned methodologies;
- Experience working in global or federated organisations is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor and control the end-to-end Integration Strategy Programme, translating strategic objectives into an integrated roadmap and delivery plan;
- Establish and operate programme governance, including decision-making frameworks, escalation paths, accountability and executive-level reporting;
- Lead and mentor Project Managers across programme workstreams and ensure consistent application of project management standards;
- Own programme-level risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining a consolidated roadmap and leading cross-workstream issue resolution, escalation and mitigation;
- Coordinate delivery across platforms, applications, data sources and business functions, managing competing priorities, resource conflicts and sequencing challenges;
- Manage critical programme milestones, deployment windows, go-Lives and transitions, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation and readiness;
- Oversee programme change control and impact assessment, evaluating impacts on scope, resources, timelines and business outcomes;
- Coordinate resource capacity, demand, delivery forecasting and allocation across programme teams;
- Manage programme budgets, forecasts, expenditure and funding requirements, ensuring financial transparency across workstreams;
- Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners, aligning competing priorities and delivery demands;
- Ensure alignment across Integration Strategy, Finance Modernisation, AWS migration and Enterprise Architecture roadmaps;
- Drive programme benefits, value realisation and strategic business outcomes, rather than focusing solely on individual project outputs.
Key Areas of Focus:
- AWS Integration Platform and MuleSoft Exit;
- OIOS / iMPAQ and enterprise application integrations;
- Finance systems integration, including SunSystems, Coupa, Concur, BlackLine and PBAS;
- FDWH / UDF and Microsoft Fabric migration;
- Data access through Microsoft Fabric UDF, AWS APIs and events;
- Enterprise Architecture and platform modernisation initiatives;
- Platform retirement, cloud migration and technical debt remediation.
The Programme Manager will:
- Establish a single integrated programme governance model and unified delivery roadmap;
- Define clear ownership, accountability and decision-making structures;
- Improve visibility and management of risks, dependencies and resource constraints;
- Strengthen delivery practices across Project Managers and workstreams;
- Successfully coordinate delivery across multiple business and technology domains;
- Deliver key milestones supporting the enterprise integration strategy and platform transition roadmap;
- Reduce duplication of effort, stakeholder confusion, and conflicting delivery activities;
