As an AI Technical Lead, you will lead and guide a team of talented AI Engineers in designing, developing, and delivering innovative AI solutions that power our RPA platform. You will work closely with the AI Architect and other cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of Generative AI into our system, improving the efficiency of business process automation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role;
• Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions in real-world applications, particularly in NLP, machine learning, and automation domains;
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks;
• Experience in working on platform-level AI integration, with an emphasis on automation;
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, deep learning models, and natural language processing (NLP);
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant AI frameworks and libraries;
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment of AI models in production;
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and agile development practices;
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Nice to have:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field;
• Previous experience in RPA, business process automation, or related domains;
• Experience with domain-specific languages (DSL) and code generation techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers, ensuring collaboration and adherence to best practices to meet project goals. Work closely with the AI Architect to implement the AI strategy and vision;
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI models to automate business processes from natural language descriptions. Troubleshoot and enhance the existing AI implementation to meet performance expectations;
• Collaborate with the AI Architect and other leads to develop an AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, incorporating the latest AI advancements into the platform;
• Promote continuous improvement by enforcing software engineering best practices, ensuring smooth AI integration with backend and frontend systems, and driving timely delivery of high-quality results.
