Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the testing strategy to ensure comprehensive coverage across systems and features;
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to testing teams;
- Drive quality assurance processes in alignment with business and technical requirements;
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for both API and UI testing;
- Design, implement, and enhance test automation frameworks;
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery;
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report defects with clarity;
- Continuously optimize automation strategies for improved efficiency and accuracy;
- Maintain thorough test documentation and articulate clear automation strategies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in test automation (API & UI);
- Previous experience as an AQA Lead;
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and white-box testing techniques;
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks;
- Proven experience in setting up, documenting, and controlling testing processes;
- Hard skills in Playwright, TypeScript (is a must);
- Experience with Git and test frameworks;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
