About project:
A gamified medical app for children affected by the war in Ukraine. Using the app will become part of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which will help restore and improve children’s mental health. Art style: casual, cartoony, stylized.
Under the guidance of an experienced art director you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Art direction research & development;
- Concept art: characters, map & locations;
- UI art: reward system & progress elements (sequences of icons), UI visuals for in-game sections & modules;
- Medical part: concept of visualization of medical exercises, art content creation.
Artistic requirements:
- Advanced skills in casual art (excellent understanding of composition and stylization principles);
- Ability to work within a defined art direction;
- Experience and deep interest in working with different types of art (concept art, UI art) to create a complex gamified product from scratch;
- Basic understanding of game mechanics and motivational logic in games and apps (no mandatory need for you to be a gamer but you need to understand in general how digital products motivate users);
- Ability to work with options and iterations, openness and curiosity toward constructive feedback;
- High speed of task execution.
Basic requirements:
- 2+ years experience in digital art.
Will be a plus:
- Skills in animation, motion design;
- Personal user experience in games/apps;
- Skills in 3D.
Work format:

- Full-time or fixed/flexible part-time.
