Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience working as a PM in IT;
• Profound understanding of the software development life cycle;
• Strong understanding of software development processes;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Good organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to create and manage project plans, timetables, and client status reports as well as external and internal documentation;
• Re-setup development process and organize delivery;
• BA skills or technical background is a must;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle project management of complex migration projects;
• Report on project status, issues, tasks, conflicts, and risks on a periodical basis to all stakeholders;
• Facilitate communication of all involved parties;
• Estimate the resources and efforts for the projects/phases;
• Ensure quality of the process and deliverables: development process optimization;
• Guarantee successful time management;
• Control tasks and overall workflow in the team;
• Coordinate the work process of team members;
• 1-1 with team members.

Nice to have:
