We are looking for an experienced and proactive PMO Consultant to help strengthen our project management practices, improve delivery quality, and support the development of our PM community. The role focuses on establishing PM standards, conducting technical reviews of project management practices, creating internal documentation, and facilitating PM knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager in IT;
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and software delivery processes;
- Experience reviewing project processes and delivery quality;
- Strong understanding of project governance and PM best practices;
- Experience building or improving project management standards and frameworks;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with PMO practices and frameworks;
- Experience creating internal documentation or playbooks;
- PMI / SAFe / Scrum or similar certifications;
- Technical background is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical reviews of Project Managers’ work;
- Define and improve project management standards across the company;
- Create and maintain the Project Management Handbook (PM playbook);
- Facilitate monthly PMO meetings and knowledge sharing sessions.
