As part of a broad initiative to enhance learning and training opportunities for employees, the school has teamed up with top specialists to create the Academy. The technology stack of the project:
.Net 6+, EntityFramework, MsSQL Server, Redis, Azure AD, React 18, Tailwind, Storybook, Vite, Typescript – SOLID, OOP and OOD.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial experience;
- Experience working in an Agile with a deep understanding of Scrum.
- Hands-on experience in all stages of the project life cycle;
- Experience working with web or mobile applications/products;
- Prior software development or design experience is a plus;
- Capable of managing multiple projects at once;
- Familiarity with product development techniques and agile software development methodology;
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills;
- Great team player with respect for others, yet able to work independently;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;
- Location – Lviv.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Owner to plan and coordinate the execution and delivery of the product roadmap;
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies;
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, development teams, and quality assurance to execute the build-out of new features;
- Facilitate agile meetings, including sprint planning, story refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
- Maintain product backlog & write user stories in collaboration with the Development team;
- Assist with the development of a testing plan in cooperation with the QA team;
- Monitor overall team performance, communicate overall status effectively, and work aggressively to resolve blockers.
