We are looking for a motivated Backend/AI Engineer to join our team and support the development of AI-driven backend solutions.
Project overview:
Our client, a leader in innovative IT solutions for over 10 years, has developed a globally recognized low-code platform that is fast, easy to use, and highly reliable. This platform is uniquely integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, enabling users to design business apps in hours and effortlessly package and publish workflows, forms, lists, libraries, permissions, and content.
Technologies on the project:
Backend: .NET (Core), Azure services
Platform: SharePoint, Office365, SPFx
AI/ML: AI frameworks (LLMs, NLP, automation, predictive modeling)

Team:
- 5 Developers, 2 QAs (on our side);
- PO, Developers (on the client’s side).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in backend development with .NET;
- 2+ years of experience with AI/ML development;
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and integrating AI/ML models;
- Strong programming skills in C#;
- Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Cognitive Services, ML services, etc.);
- Understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization techniques;
- Knowledge of modern AI frameworks and tools (LLMs, NLP, automation, predictive modeling);
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team;
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to design practical solutions;
- Upper-intermediate English.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions supporting AI initiatives;
- Implement and integrate AI/ML models into backend systems and workflows;
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven backend solutions;
- Identify and propose practical AI use cases to improve processes and business efficiency;
- Monitor performance of AI-driven backend components and support continuous improvement;
- Stay up-to-date with modern backend and AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
