We are looking for a talented specialist to join our team as a Business Development Manager.


  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales/Business Analyst in IT industry;
  • Experience working with Point of Sales solutions;
  • Basic understanding of sales & software development process, technology;
  • Understanding of how LinkedIn (+lead generation), Xing, Crunchbase, Angellist, startups lists, etc. work;
  • Basic experience working with CRM;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English and higher;
  • Excellent business written and verbal communication skills;
  •  Experience in communication with US/Canada/Western Europe customers;
  • Aptitude in networking and building relationships.


  • Generation of new leads via lead generation strategy agreed;
  • Existing leads nurturing to setup a first call;
  • Creating and conducting proactive & personalized lead generation campaigns;
  • Support lead related information into HubSpot CRM.
