Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee the functional testing strategy to ensure comprehensive test coverage;
- Manage test teams, including both Manual and Automated QA engineers;
- Establish and document testing processes, ensuring consistency and quality control;
- Drive quality assurance processes to align with business and technical requirements;
- Ensure efficient execution of test plans, test cases, and defect management;
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to integrate testing into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines;
- Monitor and improve testing effectiveness, ensuring adherence to best practices;
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for testing teams.
Requirements:
- Managerial experience of more than 3 years, leading multiple testing teams;
Experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies;
Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle); - Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes and test automation integration;
- Proven experience in setting up, documenting, and controlling testing processes;
- For Automated QAs: Expertise in Playwright (mandatory); Knowledge of Axe Core and Artillery (nice to have);
- For Manual QAs (MQAs): Experience with QMetry;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
