Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech/IT environment;
- Understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, employee lifecycle, and engagement;
- Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Social Studies, Management;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Optional hard skills:
- Successfully passed HR courses.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full employee life cycle (Onboarding, Probation period, 1:1 meetings for employees; Performance evaluation, Rotations, Offboarding);
- Coordinate and improve onboarding processes for both in-house employees and contractors (including Diia.City);
- Working with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues and ensure balanced win-win engagement initiatives are used;
- Act as a trusted partner for leaders and employees;
- Conduct 1:1 check-ins, stay interviews, and exit interviews;
- Track employee satisfaction and engagement metrics;
- Mediate and resolve conflicts confidentially and professionally;
- Support initiatives that foster company culture and values.
