We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our team and work on an internal AI platform built on AWS AI infrastructure, including Amazon Bedrock. The product is an AI-powered assistant that operates on internal company data and is evolving toward a flexible, agent-based architecture that enables building specialized AI agents grounded in customer data and workflows.
Requirements:
- Experience as an AI Engineer working with applied AI and LLM-based systems;
- 5+ years of Python experience in production environments;
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including AI and cloud-native services;
- Practical experience with Amazon Bedrock, including Foundation Models and agent-related capabilities;
- Experience working with LLMs (e.g., models from Anthropic or Google) and understanding their strengths and trade-offs;
- Familiarity with agent frameworks or SDKs for building AI agents (including open-source Python-based solutions);
- Experience building and maintaining backend services, APIs, and integrations;
- Ability to work with internal data, documentation, and workflows as part of AI-driven solutions;
- Experience working in a dedicated team and collaborating with internal stakeholders or clients;
- Upper-intermediate English or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance an internal AI assistant grounded in company documentation and data;
- Design, build, and evolve AI architecture and infrastructure on AWS;
- Work hands-on with Amazon Bedrock and integrated LLM-based solutions;
- Contribute to a hybrid LLM approach, selecting models based on query type and use case;
- Participate in building an Agent Builder, enabling customers to create their own specialized AI agents on top of the platform;
- Ensure AI agents are properly grounded in customer data and existing workflows;
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated team and key stakeholders;
- Take part in technical discussions and decisions related to AI systems, scalability, and reliability.
