Hard skills:
- Proven experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, and AppsFlyer for both web and mobile app analytics;
- Familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console analytics dashboards and reporting;
- Strong skills in data visualization and reporting (e.g., Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, Power BI);
- Ability to translate business questions into measurement plans and actionable insights;
- Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and data layer implementations;
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying for custom analysis.
- English – upper-intermediate+ level.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze website and app traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics using Google Analytics, Firebase, and app store analytics tools;
- Set up, configure, and maintain analytics integrations, including Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, and AppsFlyer, ensuring accurate data collection and attribution;
- Generate and automate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for web and app platforms, providing clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with development and marketing teams to define tracking requirements, implement tags (e.g., via Google Tag Manager), and QA data layer implementations;
- Analyze app store performance (App Store Connect, Google Play Console), including installs, retention, conversion rates, and user reviews, to identify growth opportunities;
- Conduct A/B tests and funnel analyses to optimize user journeys and conversion rates across digital properties;
- Support data governance by ensuring data quality, privacy compliance, and documentation of analytics implementations;
- Stay current with analytics best practices, new features, and industry trends.
