We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager to join our team as a PMO/Engagement Lead.

Report to: COO on PMO and client engagement / CSO on client engagement.

Main Responsibilities (PMO):

  • Strong Project Management skills and experience in building processes from scratch;
  • Ability to analyze existing processes and their value in the company;
  • Help to create standards and processes for PMs for all projects in the company;
  • Ability to research new tools and practices for PMs and implement them in the company;
  • Supply best practices, templates, and training to project managers;
  • Help to manage the day-to-day activities in the PMO;
  • Facilitate PMO community tasks;
  • Leading, mentoring, and coordinating our project management community, driving the knowledge sharing and experience exchange;
  • Attract, hire and develop a team of Project Managers.

Main Responsibilities (Engagement Lead):

  • Requirements analysis from potential customers;
  • Working closely with the sales team, taking part in presales activities;
  • Assisting during the discovery phase of new projects;
  • Closely work with managers, recruitment, and HR departments to execute PM strategies to meet department and corporate quality goals;
  • Work closely with delivery management and other functional offices to enforce and improve delivery procedures and standards, and to advise and support project teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a PM in IT;
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC;
  • BA skills;
  • Experience with pre-sales activities (selling projects/solutions);
  • Profound understanding of the software development life cycle;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good organizational and analytical skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Technical background is a big advantage;
  • PMI/SAFe/SCRUM certifications.

Soft skills requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Strong people management and client relationship skills.
