We are looking for a motivated PR/Employer Branding Manager to help us strengthen our employer brand and external communications. 

This position is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience in PR, communications, or employer branding and is ready to grow professionally in a dynamic, international environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in PR, communications, or employer branding in an IT environment;
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and high-quality PR content;
  • Hands-on experience working with different content formats: social media, newsletters, and employer branding materials;
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset with the ability to find non-standard solutions;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;
  • Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
  • Relevant education is a plus;
  • Fluent Ukrainian and Intermediate + English.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PR and employer branding strategies aligned with business and marketing goals;
  • Create and distribute compelling content: press releases, company news, partnership announcements, weekly and monthly digests;
  • Promote and communicate the company’s Employee Value Proposition across digital platforms and offline events;
  • Build and grow employer brand awareness through ownership of the career site and relevant social media channels;
  • Track and analyze engagement, applications, and other key employer branding metrics;
  • Coordinate content production with writers and graphic designers;
  • Plan and deliver company events and internal communications (Company Day, All Hands meetings, etc.);
  • Manage PR and employer branding budgets efficiently.
