We are currently seeking a QA Manager to join our team.

Project overview:

Our customer is a large, public, cyber charter school in the USA. As part of a broad initiative to enhance learning and training opportunities for employees, the school has teamed up with top specialists to create the Academy. This innovative learning environment offers course-takers convenient access to diverse training materials anytime, anywhere. The goal is to empower professionals to boost their skills, enhance career prospects, and gain optional expertise. The technology stack of the project:

.Net 6+, EntityFramework, MsSQL Server, Redis, Azure AD, React 18, Tailwind, Storybook, Vite, Typescript – SOLID, OOP and OOD.

  • PO, QAs, Developers, BA, Team Leaders, PM/SM, UI/UX designer.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in implementing and shaping the QA processes and strategies;
  • Strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment;
  • Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly;
  • Result-oriented and flexible with the ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent communication, influencing skills, and negotiation skills;
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate QA Process across 5 teams on the project;
  • Optimize the current processes;
  • Define QA strategy, approach, and execution in development project;
  • Responsible for Leading and directing the QA teams;
  • Manage and provide technical expertise in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools and Techniques across the teams;
  • Building and maintenance of quality standards;
  • Closely work with key stakeholders to execute QA strategies to meet the project’s goals.
