Our company is looking for an experienced Recruiter who will join us and help building our teams in Lviv through creative sourcing and out-of-the-box thinking.

Requirements:

  • Reputable university degree
  • 4+ years of demonstrated recruiting experience (preferable in IT sphere)
  • Knowledge of various search methods and techniques in IT area
  • Understanding of software development sector and IT market
  • Experience in supporting, developing and implementing of recruitment processes
  • Excellent personnel selection skills (interviewing)
  • Ability to think out of the box and provide a creative mindset
  • Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Result-driven, great multi-tasker, intelligent and attentive to detail
  • Service-oriented and flexible
  • Excellent learning agility
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Upper intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:

  • Psychology or HRM education
  • Work (freelance) experience in IT sphere

Responsibilities:

  • Implement an overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates using various search methods and techniques
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
