Job purpose:

AbtoSoftware team is looking for a great and experienced Business Development Manager to execute and develop our sales strategy for the US/EU markets in certain niches.


  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Plans and oversees new sales initiatives
  • Researches organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increases the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Finds and develops new markets and improving sales
  • Attends conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Writing business proposals for clients
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Working with HubSpot CRM
  • Pursuing new business opportunities through handwritten notes, cold calling, referrals, and networking through social media
  • Improve marketing materials where needed. 
  • Collaborate with team members, help to develop them their skills


  • 3-5 years of experience as Sales/Business Development Manager in the IT industry
  • Successful background and experience in dealing with a complex, executive-level B2B sales processes
  • Enables further development of targeted accounts by identifying opportunities, building mutual trust and delivering the value to the customer
  • Represents the organization as the prime contact on contracts and projects
  • Drives pre-sales & engagement processes of the lead specified
  • Drives proactive lead generation campaigns according to the direction agreed
  • Discovers, proposes & brainstorms new marketing niches, services, solutions
  • Understands sales & software development process, technologies
  • Has profound knowledge of how LinkedIn (+ lead generation), Xing, Crunchbase, Angellist, startups lists, etc. work
  • Generates new leads via lead generation strategies
  • Creates and conducts proactive & personalized lead generation campaigns
  • Supports lead-related information into CRM
  • Communicates with US/Canada/Western Europe customers
  • Has excellent business written and verbal communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher
