We’re looking for a motivated Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our team.
Project:
A healthcare case management system for pharmaceutical companies that simplifies interactions with new medical products and patients. The platform helps medical staff and managers track every stage of the patient flow — from registration to receiving treatment.
Within the application, users can process requests, monitor case statuses, make calls to patients or clinics directly from the system, and generate clear reports for analytics and decision-making.
Team:
- 12 specialists on our side;
- 4–5 members on the client’s side (developers, Scrum Master, etc.);
- Current QA team: 2 Manual QA, 1 QA Automation (API), 1 Performance QA.
Responsibilities:
- Manual testing of a web-based healthcare platform;
- Planning, writing, and maintaining test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans);
- Performing different types of testing: functional, regression, API and UI testing;
- Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects – collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely fixes;
- Contributing to QA process improvement, proposing solutions and best practices;
- Participation in requirements analysis and grooming sessions;
- Communication with the client’s team, participation in standups and review meetings;
- Mentorship/support for less experienced QA team members (as needed).
Nice to have:
- Experience with test process setup or QA ownership;
- Experience with any automation tools (for future potential growth);
- Healthcare/Pharma project background;
- Knowledge of performance testing basics.
