Senior UI/UX Expert/Community Coordinator

At the moment Abto Software is looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Expert/Community Coordinator. This position involves both working with our design and development teams on a variety of projects and coordinating the team of designers.

Hard skills (Must have):

• You must have at least 5 years of experience with design software and wireframe tools;
• Outstanding UI/UX design skills, experience in interface design for web and mobile applications, and interactive prototyping, understanding of digital accessibility;
• Good Portfolio with examples of projects with strong visual and logical concepts;
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills;
• Ability to make demos and presentations for different customers;
• Strong knowledge of Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision, and ability to quickly create new mockups for new functionality;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:

• Work on projects from scratch;
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods;
• Create a design for web, desktop, and mobile applications;
• Collaborating with clients and developers;
• Help with new customer engagement, episodical help with some existing projects;
• Coordinate the Community of Designers in the company;
• Lead, motivate and retain a team of UI/UX Designers;
• Closely work with managers, recruitment, and HR departments.
